The sheer audacity of Robert J. Abalos, proven real estate information and seminar fraud (just read the Virginia State Bar's official Order of Revocation revoking his license to practice law for the proof), reposting Kendall Matthews' "Ten Questions Real Estate Investor Fraud Gurus Don't Want You to Ask" from June 16, 2009 is laughable.
All readers here at the Robert Abalos Revealed Community challenge Mr. Abalos to answer for himself Ms. Matthews' "10 Questions" on his own blog. Repeated here for convenience are Ms. Matthews' ten questions:

Sure, I took one from a guy in NY who was a disabled veteran.
Question 8:

I don't have any income, what kind of question is that?
Question 9:

See #8
Question 10:
Could you give me a personal 100% guarantee that you will call me the week before you shut down your business and slip out of town?
Hey, I announced by email to everyone when I left Virginia, didn't I?
Robert J. Abalos now claims he's been a professional speaker since he was 7 years old.
Have to love his cop-out:
"As to me, how would I answer those ten questions? Very simply, actually.
I'm not a real estate guru.
Repeat.
I'm NOT a real estate guru.
I have not sold a home study course or seminar ticket since 2007.
My "guru" income is zero.
I voluntarily took down my website in 2007 during the real estate boom because I didn't want to sell my course and book through the real estate bust I repeatedly told readers was coming.
On the other hand, 94% of my income is generated through investment income, making me a professional investor which is exactly what I am, a professional full-time investor.
I have no products to sell (or upsell) you except my now out-of-print book which gets about one request a week.
Moreover, when I become a real estate guru again, that is, when my new book goes on sale, I will abide by not only The Ten Rules of Kendall Matthews but by my own ethical standards for financial writers which I proposed back in 2005 and NOT ONE real estate author in the world has had the guts or common sense to adopt."
Uh huh. As Flo would say, we'll get his answers to those questions and his own guru ethics questions when donkeys fly!
