I think I speak for everyone when I say, "Up yours Abalos!". Nobody is harassing your family, customers or even you. We are exercising our First Amendment right to state our opinions and facts. Just because the facts aren't flattering doesn't mean that it's harassment.
You want this to end? Fine, refund your customers! Once you refund your customers this will all go away. Otherwise, we will keep blogging the facts about you until law enforcement arrests you.
I hope he announces the location of his press conference soon. Many of us have legal documents we wish to serve him with.
What "press" would give a rat's ass about Abalos other than John T Reed's blog?

Exactly what is he - or at least wants to be?
I mean, I'm no expert like Robert J. Abalos, Esq, but I think he's peddling his own get-rich in real estate courses, too, isn't he?
At least with Russ Whitney you get what you paid for. With Abalos, you don't even get the course or seminar you paid for!!!
That makes Abalos even LOWER on the food chain than Whitney, who is admittedly quite the snake himself!
Maybe Abalos will address on his blog WHY he's any different than Whitney, Rich Dad, or the other dozen or so snakes he purports to expose?
I noticed that he failed to answer for himself the "10 Questions Your Real Estate Investor Guru Doesn’t Want You To Ask." Very telling.
WHO besides Abalos thinks that he is/was a "guru"?
A loser with a computer at the library or at the hotel where he was working as a CLERK!
Abalos is ramping up his rhetoric, which means this blog is getting under his skin and nobody is listening to him.

For example, you claim that Ines got a fraudulent judgment against you - exactly how is it fraudulent and what PROOF do you have to back that up?
You claim that your father was harassed in the middle of the night - where's the phone records?
You claim that someone gave you a death threat. Post the MP3 on your website.

What is Abalos rambling on about now? How is Ines 'harrassing' him when HE is the one who owes all the refunds to his victims/customers? He owes thousands of dollars to numerous people!

He's so full of crap. The Federal Trade Commission won't investigate Ines or anyone here because we're not engaged in "trade". Abalos is too stupid to make up even a good lie!

I could win a defamation lawsuit very easily, but WHY would I care?
1) Abalos owes me already on TWO judgments, and it makes no sense to spend more money on another lawsuit...
2) NO ONE except few of us reads his delusional postings!
3)Abalos is trashing me, because he wants me to take down this blog - which I won't do. It's my right to share my OWN experience with other defrauded by Abalos customers.

Right on, Ines. He's BS'ing as usual. It's possible he FILED criminal complaints, but that doesn't mean anything will happen. As soon as they investigate his claims, they get a copy of the book and we turn the charges on him.
He's nuts. He was nuts at Boston College too. Some losers never change but I think Robert has a genetic flaw. I really do.
How in the world is anyone harrassing his parents. They are both dead...have been for years. His only sibling Debbie can't stand him...and we all know he doesn't have any friends.
He is and always will be scum. He needs to be wearing a nice set of silver bracelets and put away where he'll have all kinds of "friends".
