Ines, once again, thank you for all you have done - I am sure I speak for all of us. That this menace is finally getting his comeuppance is entirely due to your efforts.

Actually, I do not believe that Ines had much if any participation or influence on the two gentlemen who filed complaints with the Virginia Bar - they filed independent of Ines or this blog. Abalos simply crossed the wrong guys and get disbarred three times as a result. Through this blog Ines and others simply made more people aware of the filings and the resulting disbarments. That's why I always laughed whenever Abalos railed against Ines or Bill Bronchick -- those two were not the people Abalos needed to worry about at all! They were just investigating and reporting the facts as they uncovered them. The two guys who filed with Virginia are certainly to be commended for their courage and tenacity in sticking with the complaint process over the years. They are the real heroes in Abalos' comeuppance, they really are.
Actually, I was the one who's filed a complaint with the VA Bar which started their investigation. The VA Bar has decided to try only these 2 gentlemen' cases, because they were the strongest, and the VA Bar didn't have enough resources/funds to invite all of the known "Abalos' victims" they'd like to invite.
Of course, you're right: Dozens and Dozens of people contributing their information and support against Abalos deserve A LOT of credit. NO ONE alone could have done it! Abalos was/is a piece of work!
But, little old me deserves, at least, some credit for not getting scared of this low-life bully, and standing up to his threats and smears.
So, dear Tom, THANK YOU !!!
P.S.: And, I was the one "to be commended" for my "tenacity in sticking with the complaint process over the years".
But, I'm not a "hero" --- it just had to be done!
Sorry Ines, didn't mean to demean your role in all this in any way; I just know the two guys went through a lot in the process and didn't want to minimize their critical roles in the disbarments. Of course you are the uber-heroine in all of this!
These two gentlemen are the Real Heroes --- you're 100% right!

It's so easy to pick on other people's misfortune's when they claim to be experts, isn't it Robert Abalos? Like the way we expose you for the broke and disbarred fraud you are while all the time claiming to be an expert.
The difference between you and Alexis is she has actual experience to share, while you have none. And, 3 years from now, she'll bounce back and you will still be using the library for a computer.

Well, our pal has announced that the new version of his "book" will go on sale on April 1. I guess when he fails to deliver anything again he can tell people, "April Fools!"
I wonder if the author bio section will begin with the words, "Thrice-disbarred attorney Robert Abalos..."
If he sets up a way to collect payment online that might represent an approach for some people to collect what they are owed. If he does his usual "checks and money orders only" nonsense, lord have mercy on the next round of victims.
