We’ve seen this before many
times, and the new product never comes into being. So, if you found this
website by Googling "Robert J. Abalos", hopefully you will pass on anything
Abalos has to offer, not only because it’s likely to be a con game, but, equally as important, he has little or no experience in real estate to share.
He’s been lying for years about how much real estate he’s bought and sold, but
public records do not show anything. In one particular
instance, Abalos
specifically told a writer for Fortune magazine that he owned, "a fishing lodge, a beach house, and a cabin in the
Blue Ridge Mountains”. We checked public records and find nothing to back
up such claims.

Thank you Ines for updating the blog to warn about the latest Abalos scam-in-the-making. It's clear this guy will never give up, you are providing such a valuable service by keeping people informed.
No beach house nor fishing lodge, yeah. Remember when he bragged that he loved his NetJet? What a clown.

Note how Abalos says he doesn't like "buy and hold" real estate as an excuse for not having any real estate.
In earlier postings online, he claimed to have hundreds of apartment units and a house in the mountains, the lake, etc.
Come on Robert, keep your lies consistent!
Fyi, there's a discussion going on about our friend and Mr. John T. Reed on the Creonline forum.

Looks like his fans are wavering because of Abalos. This will prove to be his downfall.

The read coats are coming!
Robert J. Abalos, please tell us what this has to do with your inability to make your customers that you ripped off whole again??
This discussion about John T Reed being totally uninterested in any negative evidence about Abalos also seems relevant:

Check out his new website, "Thrift and Accumulation". We get the thrift part, Robert, you've mastered that. But you've only accumulated debts, lawsuits, judgments, claims, and enemies against you.
Just more of the usual Abalos BS. Says the new Investing in Land website will be online "much sooner than" the April Fools Day release of the supposed new version of the book; actually ends up announcing the launch of an unrelated new blog with more of his insipid drivel, stating that the promised new website will still take more time, and also stating that only review copies of the new book will be available come April 1. The plus side: if he isn't selling anything, no one can get ripped off!
Note that on his new "Poverty and Delusion" blog he talks about a conversation with his readers. LOL! Hell will freeze over before he allows his readers to post comments to his blogs because he's too embarrassed for his readers (it's just us) to see past customers posting questions like "Where's the refunds you promised us five years ago, Bobby?". His deluded ego has him thinking that other people besides us actually read his posted drivel.
I give the new blog a total of three posts and then it will lie fallow after six months and will be just another failed project by Robert J. Abalos. When will he ever learn that he just needs to stop writing, get a real job, and stay reasonably sane long enough to send us refunds out of his paychecks?
